Hi,
I am writing regarding my booking under reservation code RFQSYM.

I was scheduled to travel from Luleå to Colombo on 8 April 2026. However, I was not allowed to board my flight by airport staff due to a ticketing/system issue, even though I had a valid ticket and arrived at the airport on time.

Since then, I have been waiting for a solution. I got the solution for rebooking without extra cost but unfortunately, I have not yet received a confirmed rebooking. I was informed that I am eligible for rebooking without any additional cost, and I would now like to proceed with that option as soon as possible.

This situation has been very difficult for me. I had planned this trip after 6 years to visit my family in Sri Lanka, and it is related to an urgent family matter. Due to this issue, I have already lost several days from my limited vacation leave at work.

At the same time, I am facing stress and uncertainty because I do not know when I will be able to travel. This has also made it difficult to manage my responsibilities at work, as I cannot clearly plan my return.

I kindly request your assistance in rebooking my ticket on the next available flight to Colombo without any additional cost. I would also appreciate if the rebooking can be arranged with a total journey duration similar to my original booking (approximately within 20 hours), as I had initially selected this option.

I would really appreciate it if this matter could be handled as soon as possible, as the delay is causing increasing difficulty for me both personally and professionally since I already got my 25 vacation days and now already two weeks gone.
